 Since the Spirit of Ontario Fast Ferry and lighthouses are a natural fit, Canadian American Transportation Systems, LLC definitely wanted to be part of Irondequoit Lighthouse Trail!  Operating at a “high speed” over 50+ MPH, the Fast Ferry provides service between Rochester, New York and Toronto, Ontario.  The vessel accommodates approximately 750 walk-on passengers, up to 220 cars and up to 10 trucks and buses.

 Freelance illustrator and author of children’s stories Kevin Serwacki and art director and online comic strip creator Chris Pallace have been working together for years.  And, once again, they have collaborated to create “Seaworthy Gentleman”.  Proudly wearing a blue and white uniform complete with brass buttons and skipper’s cap featuring the Fast Ferry emblem, this captain keeps a watch over Lake Ontario with his trusty telescope.
