DESCRIPTION Thomas Point Lighthouse Annapolis, MD 1885 In 1852 a light was established at Thomas Point. The present light was commissioned in 1875. It was the last screw-pile lighthouse built on the Chesapeake Bay. Still in use its light and fog horn are automated.
